Building kits start at $44,995.
All building kits come with an exterior 2’x6′ stick-built shell featuring timber frame accents, siding (available in metal or wood), a roof (available in metal or shingles), one standard walk door, fully lined with metal and batt insulation, four 3’x4′ Anderson casement windows, and a 10’x10′ overhead garage door. Pricing varies by the size selected.
